I put my good one on a trailer to her new home yesterday. It's definitely the hardest part of my upcoming journey. However, part of being the horsewoman I want to be is doing the right thing by the horse. I know that she deserves better than to sit in a field, on the back burner, while I go run around the country. Now she is in very capable hands, where I will still see her when I am home, where she will be used, and she will progress. I hate to see her progress without me though! I suppose I'll be progressing without her, too ...I already miss my mustang companion. So here is my "Ode to Nalini', the horse I love the most.
